Biography:

Daniel started drawing at the age of five and has loved creating art ever since. In 1995, he saw Toy Story and got his first hands-on exposure to computer graphics while attending Skidmore College. He was hooked.

In 1997, he was hired by Blue Sky Studios, where he had the opportunity to work on award winning commercials, television programs, and films. In 1999 Blue Sky won the Academy Award for Best Animated Short with “Bunny” on which Daniel was a modeler. Daniel has also worked on the Studio's popular Ice Age franchise. He was promoted to the title of Senior Modeler in 2003, and was the Character Modeling Lead for Dr. Seuss' Horton Hears a Who (2008).

In late 2008, Daniel and his family moved to Seattle where he joined the team at ArenaNet. He is currently working on the popular Guild Wars franchise.
